This drill worked – I added awareness!

I must mention, alongside the drills I’m doing with Russell Heritage, I have had some priceless advice from Peter Ralston author of The Principles of Effortless Power and Zen Body being. The way you focus your attention on how it feels in your body as you practice the drill is what makes it effective. Then get a sense of how the whole swing feels in the whole body.
