Awareness exercises – Practice Part I
Find a quiet space to practice where you won’t be disturbed and make sure you are fully back in the present moment afterwards. You may wish to follow up the exercises with the PRACTICE mp3 recording to stay a little longer in a concentrated, relaxed state of awareness which will be of great benefit when you need to focus on the course.The more aware you can be of the presence of all of your body the better your golf will be. Body awareness improves with practice so put some in!
